Louise is the founder of Opal People Solutions and our Principal HR Consultant. She has worked in senior Human Resource Management for more than 20-years in predominantly the food manufacturing and logistics/supply chain industries.

Her desire to create work environments that are supportive and inclusive, while keeping productivity and profitability top of mind, drove her to found Opal People Solutions.
